a) trying to convince me that I wrong
b) telling me this is a real hassle for them
c) thanking me for "scamming the system" and taking advantage of an issue with AC's systems.
In the end I got my upgrade but it took alot of convincing.

They shouldn't bother you about it now. I got an email announcing this change so it's there for everyone to see and should be company policy.
