Eupgrade rollover
Considering getting a Reserve card for a few reasons. I cancelled my card a few years ago as fewer places would accept and I sometimes was hassled when using it because of the fees. Think I will try again.
My question is when will the expiry date of eupgrades be extended? When their expiry is reached, when I get the card or?

I dont think I can get the eupgrade rollover with TD. I had their infinite card but wanted an increase in my credit limit. They disallowed even though I had an excellent credit rating after insinuating that it was a credit rating issue. I cancelled card.

I travelled for the first time since getting the reserve card and do love the benefits. Unlimited MLL/ACC, priority check in, priority security, priority luggage, free checked bag and zone 2 boarding made the whole process a breeze. I was on an ancient A321-200 and booked basic economy. I paid for an exit row seat which provided far more legroom than business would have. Felt like a very premium experience without costing a lot.
Now if only my $250 statement credit that I was promised for signing up for the card and then booking return flights would come through...

Access excludes Air Canada Signature Suites and lounges operated by third parties, such as Star Alliance member airlines. Guests of Basic Cardmembers or Supplementary Cardmembers may enter upon paying an applicable fee. Access will be granted in conjunction with a same-day, confirmed ticket on a flight marketed or operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, under the Air Canada Express brand, or any Star Alliance member airline. Anyone under the age of majority entering a Maple Leaf Lounge must be accompanied by an adult with access to the lounge. Age of majority is determined by the jurisdiction in which the Maple Leaf Lounge is located. Benefit may only be used as described, and otherwise cannot be transferred. However like the post above confirms, you are able to bring 1 guest into the lounge, so no need for the supplementary card if you are just going for the lounge access for your companion. If its the other benefits you are after you would have to make the decision on whether you want all the benefits for $199, or just the ability to earn points through that additional account for $0.

I cancelled my Reserve today. I'm sticking with the TD VIP.
Let's hope they don't do anything stupid like claw back all my rollovers...
