miles not credit - question re: BP
Hi everyone,
Just a quick question. have just returned from a *A RTW. All sectors captured and recorded to AP, except for two. One is a flight from LAX to YYC, and the boarding pass (issued by NZ in NZ) does not show FQTV AC. The other is a YYC-YEG flight where my AP number is clearly recorded.
I can wait for the second to (eventually?) be credited, but my understanding is that if a boarding pass does now show "FQTV AC" your number was not captured. In other words, should I bother to wait the two months as suggested on the AP website or just go ahead and claim it online right now?
Cheers
David

David,
Try the online process. Also, make a copy of your BP and AP card together, mail the original BP and the photocopy to the AP centre in Vancouver. Keep a copy for your records.
I had UA flights that did not post within about two weeks, I mailed the BPs', the points were credited to my account about 10 days later. My AP number was not on my BPs.
