I still have not got my new package yet...

Normally it comes in Feb, whats happening......I have checked my profile address and its all correct.....

Well, yes.
What we would have expected would have been that *only* Toronto people would have got them.
Maybe AP is improving after all?

Actually, I used to look forward to getting my kit, but they are so lame these days I really could care less, just so long as they extend the UG certs so that we are not put out.

I came through YYZ on Saturday morning and accessed MLL with my old Elite card.My BP shows SE(new) but mentioned to agent that my SE package had not yet arrived.She had absolutely no words or looks.
