Question missing miles on CMA codeshare

I'm not sure if any FTers fly the the Central Mountain Air AC codeshares but I figured it was worth a shot...

My miles from a flight a month and a half ago still haven't credited but central mountain air takes the entire boarding passes when boarding except for the little tab at the end with the destination.. the opposite of the way an AC agent would take the boarding pass

If I don't have my boarding pass for AE redemption because of the way CMA operates, what are my options? It looks like i'm going to be close to AE*E this year and the 500 miles could be make or break

Thanks,

Kelly

Options:
1) phone in and see if they'll credit over the phone
2) send in the ticket with the little left over stub

Well we will see how this goes.

AC8170 YYC-YEG at 7:00 AM was delayed so they automatically put me over onto 9M791 (Central Mountain Air) at 6:45 AM today.

I asked if there would be any problem getting status miles (will put me over 120K = 2 SSWUs with this RT) or crediting Aeroplan generally. Everyone said no problem. Otherwise I would have waited for the Jazz flight which left about 40 minutes late. Might have avoided the worst of traffic in Edmonton on my way to the meeting by being late!

The problem is they didn't even give a stub--there were no boarding passes period for the passengers that were transferred over, only open seating.

I'll give it a couple of days and see if my return AC flight posts. If nothing by then I guess I'll phone/email with details.

This does not appear as a code share flight with AC!

As suspected these miles didn't post.

But I have to give SE desk/Aeroplan credit, once I emailed them with the details, they were posted within 48 hours along with some missing credits from Air China that were manually credited (a continuing problem but not Aeroplan's fault--this rests with CA). While we complain a bit about the service at times, I have had really positive experiences with SE desk/Aeroplan over credits--Lightning fast turnaround once the communication is established^^
