My guess will be a lick of paint, a couple of new computers, a new coffee machine (one machine not functioning when I was there last) and a new suit steamer (also not functioning). They will also get rid of the time zone clocks and add some fresh pictures showing lots of snow!

Actually, the internet is free Wifi and you can print wirelessly as well. Believe it or not, the IP port settings for the MLL printers in the NA MLLs works perfectly for the printers in the LHR Arrivals MLL. I know because I've printed wirelessly there before from my laptop. ^
Is that crappy desktop terminal still there?
I wonder what types of renos will be done? I always thought the bathrooms were alright. The lounge itself is still respectable.

Do you have the port settings for the MLL printers? I farted around wiht it last time I was in the MLL in YYC and couldn't figure it out. The lady at the desk had NO idea. So, in the end I had to wait until a terminal freed up and printed the file from the desktop computer via a USB stick. But if there is a way to connect wirelessly, I am all ears!!! Please let me know!
Cheers

Depends on Operating System
Look at the sign near the printer that shows you the ip address of the printer.
If you are on a Windows PC go to your printers section in control panel, to add a printer. Add it as a local printer (eventhough it is networked) and then create a new port, which is the ip address noted from the sign. Finish the wizard.
You should now be able to print.
If you are on a mac, just go to add a printer under the system properties, and a list of available printers will appear thanks to Bonjour.

As an addendum to the printing question, if your get the Datavalet landing page when you login to the web, there is a link on the top right I believe to print, which opens a little pop-up window which allows you to browse your computer for a file to upload and print.
I have also had this popup open automatically at times.
YMMV

I will be happy to see it spruced up. The shower rooms were definitely in need of some attention.

Thanks GT. That is the problem, however, there was no sign (and I hunted for one)! But as I said, the lady at the desk had no clue. So I just assumed that it was meant to be that way: ie. printing from the terminals only.
So, if no one has the ip (if it is standardized across the MLL's then I'll have a look for a sign next time I am through a different MLL.
Cheers

Quick update on the AC Arrivals Lounge reno. Signage to Arrivals Lounge is the same. Floor looks mostly white with sprinkling of rusty red maple leaves. Everything is freshly painted white, very clean look.
Flooring changes to dark wood grain in the breakfast nook and relaxation room and hallway to showers. Carpeting is brown/gray/black speckled indoor/outdoor.
Showers have new modern toilets, glass doors, floors and counters.
Breakfast nook has dark wood wainscoting and white walls, new white and dark brown highback leather chairs with round beige/white/gray tables. No bench seating, but still close together - a bit tight if all the chairs were occupied.
Sitting area has dark chocolate leather tub chairs around round coffee table - set up 3 chairs per table. New pot lighting in the ceiling. Same frosted glass with maple leaves around the lounge as before.
New computer cubicles, but old computers with comfortable brown leather office chair.
