Three weeks later and Air Canada is still advertising fast track access to security in Ottawa which does not exist. If you don't believe me, here is a quote from an email from Ottawa airport authority: "The Ottawa Airport does not have a "fast track" at the security screening area."

YOW is my home airport, so I can confirm there is no fast track, but the line is never more than 10 people deep anyway so I don't think there is really any point to having one anyway. They do, however, have this pesky new pilot project where you step on a mat and it tells you whether you have been randomly selected for a pat down. I get lucky and get felt up just about everytime I go through...I wonder if the camera right above it has anything to do with the selection process?

I guess all it takes is for someone to let them know now and they work to change it...I got this response less than two hours after sending the email at ~5:00pm.
"Thank you for your correspondence to Mr. Rovinescu. I am pleased to reply on his behalf.
I appreciate the information forwarded regarding our error in advertising a Priority Lane option at the Ottawa Airport. I have spoken with our Customer Service Manager there and he assures me that Air Canada and the Airport Authority are working on this goal however, a time frame could not be given as to when this would be available.
I have forwarded your email to our Web technicians to ensure this error be corrected and I do apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused you."

For two months now AC has been falsely advertising priority access to security for Rapidair flights at YOW.
Assuming that it was a mistake (which I doubt), they have apparently know it about it now for several weeks - which would mean they are now knowingly engaged in false advertising?!?!
