FB members on ITA airways

Not all fares earn miles/XP unfortunately. Even the lowest business class fare does not. I would not expect to earn any miles on such F fare..
Edit: That F fare does exist and is being sold. The 16 euro one is a Light fare - and seems only available/offered in special routes/dates. F availability is not shown by expertflyer which makes me believe its only sold through ITA's own website?

i was looking at booking an ORY/LIN/BDS//BDS/LIN/ORY and i am offered on ITA website an F fare which is very unusual as code for economy
De Paris à Milan
FOR FRLGFR1 TYPE ECONOMY
It is not listed on the FB page:
Cabine Business – J, C, E : 175 % ; D : 150 % ; I : 125 % ;
Cabine Premium Economy – P : 150%; U:125%; A: 100%;
Cabine Economy : Y, B, M : 100 % ; H, K : 75 % ; V, T, N, Q, S : 50 % ; X, W, L, O : 25 %.
is that F an hidden fare used only for France/ORY to IT/LIN and NOT accruing XP/miles, or is it a miss from FB?
I understood that since a couple of months all fare were good to gain miles/XP
thanks in advance to the regular ORY/LIN flyers
