Depends when you're flying.
My understanding was Singapore and Eva lounges were both closing at the end of Aug for the United lounge expansion but Google isn't helping confirm this. If not closed they will be closing any day.
There isn't any lounge there that stands out. They're all very average so just try them all and pick the one you like the best.

The SFO Centurion Lounge for me ( not *A but a worthwhile mention) - food and service is above the rest.
Don't forget to try the wine tasting as well if you are there
