I use that kind of language in release notes if I fix something that is hard to explain as it only happens in very specific scenarios, and is irrelevant to 99% of the users. And to be honest in most cases the customer would not be interested in the details unless it was something very obvious (e.g. when making a certain type of booking payment will always fail).

Several weeks ago I asked the app folks about being able to use Wallet Funds in the app. They said that they were "working on it." That's the kind of release note blurb I'd like to see.

I wonder if they have fixed the check in UI flow if you use an EBT with that update. It still wasn't fixed last night.
When you add bags, then zap your EBT, the next screen says "skip bags and continue" even though you have already added bags. It's extremely bad and confusing UX.
Anyone know how to send them official app suggestions?

AS App - Booking UI Updates
Looks like AS has finally introduced the ability to easily select upgradeable fare type in the app, meaning I can finally search for U space on my phone.
However, only the base fare is shown when running a search, similar to American's app you have to touch the base fare for the other fares to display, for both cash and mileage tickets. I think overall this is still a step in the right direction in terms of functionality, now just need to add the ability to access discount codes and use wallet funds in checkout...unless I've been missing that mobile functionality!

Apple 7S user glitch.
Have been trying all day to check in for my Saturday AM flight. I click on the check in button, it greys out and nothing happens! Grrr.
My guess is the tech geniuses failed to confirm operability with my, admittedly, aging device.
I can use my spouse’s XR but I think this needs a fix.

I love that the release notes say "Keep sending in feedback!" but yet if you want to report a quality issue with the app through the app store, they have the feature disabled.... does anyone know how to reach the dev team or PM that handles this stuff?
