Missing miles but upgrade taken
I'm missing miles credit for a ORD-HPN trip a couple of weeks ago, but the upgrade got taken out of my account. Just curious if this has happened to anyone before and whether a simple "Request Mileage" will fix it.

I would definitely fill out the request credit form on aa.com - that's always worked for me when I've had flights missing.
