Still waiting for hotel refund plus EU261 payment for a 23 hour flight delay on July 20. Surely they should be able to deal with this efficiently - even BA can provide refund/compensation in a timely manner!

Oh, I'm sure they can. It's clearly a deliberate policy to delay payment as long as possible.

Great post, glad you got the reimbursement.

AA is super hard to deal with on any issues.
