Access Denied - Error on AA and Simplymiles

I am getting error messages on AA and Simplymiles when I try to log in and or just search for award space
I only get it on different PCs but not at the same time and I wonder if this is a browser issue
e.g., I can go to another PC ad it works fine and then it too gives me the same message at another time
Any ideas appreciated

Clear your cookies?
Reboot?
Try an Incognito browser window?
It could be related to browser settings, which are often synced across machines, which might explain why it pops up on other PCs.

Thanks for the tip about the incognito window - must be a browser issue. strange how it happens on more than 1 browser at times
