Premium class bibimbap - any difference?

So how do you explain they can prepare all those pre-ordered Korean and Chinese dish ex-ICN but not to ICN then ? They could have simply rotate one of those for flights to ICN, instead of just bibimbap and ssambap all the time. Do you even realize if I do like ORD-ICN-HKG, I would get bibimbap for ORD-ICN, and also same bibimbap for ICN-HKG as well ? That is quite tiring to have the same bibimbap as Korean option for two flights in the same trip.
So, let's see here. ORD-ICN. Yes, I will have the bibimbap. Ok, now ICN-HKG, well I see that the bibimbap is offered. I just ate it on the ORD-ICN flight and there is no way I could choose something OTHER than bibimbap. Maybe this bibimbap will be different! But oh if there is a fried egg on top it would just make my day.
