It just seems to be a Firefox problem as it works fine for me when I use IE or Chrome.
On Firefox while my wife's name is there on all four flights mine is missing from two of them. Plus the seat map blocks off the select passenger box as csutters screenshot shows.

Just noticed the refresh page suggestion......yes refreshing the page does indeed work.

Good enhancement :-)

What might be helpful, to save scrolling to the bottom, would be to put an "exit without changes" link at the top of the seat map.

Same applies to the preceding seating page, where you also have to scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Go to Manage My Booking" link

I can't get the seat map to show up in IE8, on my work PC, so not a lot I can do with the software versions. It's fine on my work laptop (IE9)

Hi all

Our investigation has found it is a caching issue. This means users with the problem need to clear their cache or use ctrl+F5 for windows users and we will make a fix to prevent the caching issue.

Thanks in advance for your patience and for your updates here

Warm regards

Nicci

+1

Using Chrome on Windows 7 and, following a refresh, can see the new seat maps.

I think it is a notable improvement and looks a lot better.

Thanks, Nicci - and also for the change. When looking at the seat map in my bookings, I also thought that this was a change for the better. Obviously, it can't avoid scrolling altogether, but it's much easier to scroll this than the old edition.

Gosh - I've never seen the F cabin map. I hope to scroll that far forward one day, though.

No longer shows Aircraft type... used to find that handy when checking SeatExpert/SeatGuru for infrequent aircraft types...

Looks fine in FireFox.
But agree with Morland, it is no longer showing aircraft type. Was it omitted or forgotten? I dont think anyone will mind still being able to see that information.

Any chance of getting that reinstated Nicci?

Doesn't show which aircraft type for a couple of short haul flights (including a change from original booking for one flight), but does show 747-400 on a CW flight that I have.
