That's the one I have, and together with the 150,000 from getting a Barclaycard and the normal amounts from spending, I find I always have a nice amount of Avios in my account which lets me book several flights and then cancel the ones I don't want. So I get a lot of flexibility and can really take advantage of the programme. It works for me anyway.

Can anyone with an existing annual subscription with a renewal date for May or June confirm the price went up?

My existing subscription is due to autorenew in November. The implication on the renewal page is that it renews at the old price. Can anyone who has renewed confirm this?

What is the easiest way of cancelling the subscription? Can't find anything on BA's website.

Email or call. They obviously try to make it harder to stop it.

Yes. Go as if you want to get a new subsciption. It then shows you details of your current subscription and its auto renewal status. You can toggle it to not autorenew.

I have subscribed with the old price and my renewal date is coming up. I wonder if i can renew at the "old price" of 2019eur or will it be the "new price" 2389eur? Anyone renewed already? Here is a screenshot from my account which suggests old price.

I asked this exact same question for the exact same reason and got no reply. My assumption is that it will renew at the new price and I will need to cancel prior to renewal. However I am expecting to get an email telling me about the happy news of my renewal before it happens (with the new price) so I can cancel then. If they don't send such a notice then there's a good argument for holding them to the old price given what they are showing when you look up your own details.

Same question here. My renewal date will come up in a week from now. Any news if the renewal will be done on the old price?

If you’re on a continuous authority (auto-renewal) subscription then you should be charged at the same rate of your current subscription.

TBH I’d like to think so but doubt it, let’s wait and see. I wonder whether I can turn mine back on?!
