I'm quite surprised, given we're almost 60 hours in, that there is no posts for August yet!

Christ that's a depressing menu. Was really hoping we would have seen the salmon mousse rotated off by now particularly over the loss of the excellent chicken terrine. And is it just me but aren't 3 of the 7 main plates actually more akin to starters?

The entire menu is weirdly reminiscent of what you might find as a bar menu in a Hilton Garden Inn or similar, ha.

i was excited to see the menu as Im flying F at the end of this month (not a CCR-Card holder). Im flying 31st at 6pm, maybe thats close enough to September to give a spanking beautiful September menu?

It was quiet this morning (3/8). Enjoyed poached eggs and avocado on toast.

You can self-exit airside to landside (via immigration) in T3 if you follow the signs to 'Airline service desks' near Gate 23.

Maybe because of less numbers this time of year in F? Im just guessing. Youre right though, from what I usually read here, this is a bit sad.

- Scottish beef steak
- Lamb shank with thyme jus
- Roasted salmon
- Rosemary lemon chicken supreme
- Spinach and goats cheese mezzaluna
- Superfood salad
The difference in budget per passenger between QR J and BA F lounge provision at LHR is quite stark.
The drinks are the best bit of the CCR anyway and youll have a good menu there regardless.

Some photos of the new menu. I had the thali (it was pretty average, much like a curry you'd get in a pub) and my travel companion had the chicken breast (tasted good, a little dry). Strawberries were good though, but I still miss the Eton Mess from last summer.
