New menu indeed does look great. Unfortunately no scallops nor beef carpaccio just now. Wonder if they underestimated that those would be rather popular.

It certainly does look good. Looking forward to trying it on Saturday.

for those who are regulars, does served from 11:30 mean you can order from 11:30 and youll get served around 11:40/11:45, or can you order before 11:30, for serving at 11:30? Were on quite a tight schedule.

Last time I was in, it was about 11:15 and the rather wonderful staff gave me both breakfast and lunch menus and explained that the lunch may not be available until 11:30. I ordered lunch and it came quite speedily so I think you will be ok.

Can anyone confirm if the above dining/wine menu is available in the Terminal 3 ‘Concorde Room Lite’ (First Dining area)? Flying out next week to ATL and this will be our first time out of Terminal 3.

Bordeaux is out of stock today, so no French wine with my meal?!

…. And the Louise (?) champagne is nowhere near as easy on the pallet as the LPGS How is anyone expected to get through two bottles of that?!

Great menu, has there been a change in the level of investment recently?

Yes, the budget has increased and what weve been seeing these last 3 months is proof that with a reasonable budget decent food can be provided. There is also a new Executive Chef contributing to the changes.

The cod today was very poor - dry and the sauce was tasteless! The whole CCR stunk of fish too - I wasnt the only one to complain!

That explains a lot in the last few weeks when I have been there.

Having said that, Lanson Le Rose feels like a downgrade from the Extra Age Rose they used to have in CCR (and GF if I remember correctly!).

I was going to order the cod on Thursday, until a portion walked past me and the smell immediately put me off.
