I had to reset mine too. It took about 15 minutes for the link to arrive. Logged in fine but I get an error page when trying to book. Tried on a few browsers on the PC but it works fine on the iPhone….

It took 18 months, it's the same site it used to be, all my flights for the year have (null) as the routing, my airline spend for the year is out by a factor of around 5x.

Why am I just not surprised.

And have they not increased redemption costs? Very quick search shows economy JFK to BOS for 2200. Was this not 1100 previously?

Obviously my mind and memory has aged considerably waiting for the site to come back so can't be certain.... But...

Still waiting for the password reset link to arrive... it's been 84 years....

Edit - finally in - lots of nulls and the numbers look a little low - I will do some checking.. but I've already managed to book a flight so that's a positive.

They have actually credited a claim I made a few weeks back. Miracles never cease.

I saw the mail and collapsed.

I woke up, tried to log in, reset my password and realised it must be a dream. Still awaiting my password reset email. Oh dear.

Ok. So I managed to log on. I have 10,000 points more than my last email “statement” but I cannot check my points as flights are displayed as null (null) to null (null).

I’m so happy that something is there, but my goodness there is still work for BA, or is it Tata IT, to do.

Dare I say that I logged in successfully and looks to be pretty well in order! Typing from the coronary care unit after my heart attack from surprise!

If you download transactions to Excel, you can see the credited routes

This is fantastic news!!! The best news I needed today.

I had to reset my password and authenticate the device I am using. I then proceeded to make a booking. The taxes came to £59.20 but payment was rejected because I was asked to 'authenticate before authorisation' - there was no option to authenticate anything again so I called customer services. Eventually, I had to pay £70.20 for the redemption. Still very good value, but the guy over the phone was very sceptical and did not want screenshots to be emailed. It appears we're only 90% yet, but this is much, much better than it was 2 days ago!

There you go. Storm in a teacup. A trifling little issue fixed in record time by BA's crack IT department.

And I'm sure everyone will reply with their apologies for ever having doubted them...
