Membership holiday

If you put yourself on the CX Membership holiday, do you lose the hotline priority as well?
I have heard that CX will retain that benefit but not anything at airports.

I'll chip in by asking (no relevant info in their T&Cs & haven't taken one yet):
do you start your holiday then decide to end it whenever you want?
Or do you have to pre-specify your period prior starting it? If so, what unit is the interval (to the day / week / month etc.) and can you change it midway?
