Citi Legacy Sears (TYP) Cards

I received an interesting new Bonus ThankYou Points offer for Gas, Grocery, Restaurant purchases that covers all of calendar year 2024:

Earn 7,500 Bonus ThankYou Points after you spend $750-$1,499.99 on total eligible purchases within the month. Offer ends 12/31/2024.

OR

Earn 15,000 Bonus ThankYou Points after you spend $1,500 or more on total eligible purchases within the month. Offer ends 12/31/2024.

This is essentially 10x Bonus ThankYou Points if GGR spending is just over $750 or $1,500 per month.

Max bonus points is capped at 180,000 Bonus ThankYou points for calendar year 2024.

Nice to know what my target spending is for the whole year, and no more waiting for new offers every 3 months. I'll easily hit the max 180K points with regular monthly spend.

I still have utilities till end of January, and online till 01/14. The second one is done, but will do utilities. No GGD offer, but it may appear later today.

I went to pay Geico with 2 different (already used by plenty left) Vanilla visa yesterday and denied.. Tried it on Xfinity... Denied... I have 2 different ones and neither worked so Id be interested to hear if yours work. I was going to fulfill my 120/800 online threshold buying more at target.com (tried and true) but with these not working now Im holding off...

My usual offer has an increased spend amount this month.

10,000 Points for $1,000 in online spend (It's always been $750).

Fixed it. It’s online spend like every other month.

Since the Sears TYP thread was made to include the SYW card, the thread has effectively became the SYW thread.
I feel the SYW should have it's own separate thread and the TYP thread can resume as it was prior to this inclusion.
Am I the only one?

Yes, I applied for SYWR version, then converted to TYP, but this was 5 years ago.

My statement closed last night and i had 2 concurrent promos both of which i have met the thresholds for:

1. 100 or 200 TYP GGR 1/1-1/31.. hit $2003 on 1/21
2. 100 back on 1000 online.. 1/15-2/14.. hit $1277 on 1/31

I got 10k posted plus the usual 1x.. Im assuming its for the online spend meet bc I wouldve expected 20k if it was the just GGR

Ive not seen the GGR NOT post correctly on time in years so now im left wondering if/when I will see that 20k... or if they started auditing purchases and DQing obvious VGC purchases.. (1500 of my 2000 were VGC on same day) I have already spent $1000 for feb on VGC..

22500 TYP has been credited today except I have no clue what it consist of.

For January I had completed
1) 2k spend in GGR - supposedly 20k TYP
2) 2k spend in airfare - ticket canceled and payment refunded - supposedly 10k TYP
3) 750 spend online - supposedly 7500 TYP
