I don't like B-84, but I don't mind it quite as much now in the current configuration. But it's still a long way from the PC< and the waiting area is still very free public STD clinic-esque in its decoration.

I've heard it's small. I'll get my first taste of it next month on a trip to DSM.

I only post when I actually have something to say. As a result, I'm so far out of the competition- what am I, chopped liver?

Awkward: Running into someone you dated about seven years ago in the PC, and you can't remember his name or who he is, but you know the face. And this person still remmebers you and comes over to say "hi" and then wants to sit down and chat.

39-11-609. Necessity.

Except as provided in 39-11-611 39-11-616, 39-11-620 and 39-11-621, conduct is justified, if:

(1) The person reasonably believes the conduct is immediately necessary to avoid imminent harm; and

(2) The desirability and urgency of avoiding the harm clearly outweigh the harm sought to be prevented by the law proscribing the conduct, according to ordinary standards of reasonableness.

[Acts 1989, ch. 591, 1.]
