if you were to have a port call at Bahrain that involved a bus tour, you could get an isle aisle seat

New Hope is a gorgeous Small Town® in eastern PA. There is no free parking; everything is metered But I found a nice Irish pub where I had dinner, and now I'm at a Starbucks down the street. The fog on the river was amazing earlier. I will upload a photo later. I have another hour or two before I head back to NY. Also, traffic was in my favor earlier, as we got here about 25 minutes faster than Google Maps predicted

You should've said something. I could've tried to rearrange my schedule to meet you.

Bummer I knew I was going to PA, but I didn't know where exactly until late last night. I also didn't stay nearly as long as I expected (we left at 8pm instead of closer to 10 as I had originally planned... good thing I didn't try to go too far!).

It wasn't too far and it is such a beautiful town. I would make an effort to go back there, especially if motivated with a meet-up (and hopefully a beer or few!). I was at the Dubliner on the Delaware and ended up sitting next to someone from around here.

We are all Tennesseans tonight! However, go Ravens next weekend when they play the Titans.

Wish the Bills would have won but they lost that game on their own.

Oh wow, I was watching it for a bit over dinner, and when I left the score was 13-0 Bills! Works for me though because .... Buffalo.

First beer in my 2020 mug club mug at my favorite brewery (3rd year as a member and this is my favorite mug yet). It also happens to be the first beer they’ve ever served on cask.

two more very good NFL results today! (as much as I like New Orleans, the Vikings’ win means there’s still a way — albeit an extreme longshot — that the Seahawks can host the conference final)

That would be pretty amusing (and exciting) if the NFC Championship is two Wild Cars teams. Granted given the way the Seahawks’ Home (4-4) vs. Away (7-1) record was this season; they’re probably better off as a road team throughout the playoffs. (and I believe they’d technically be the “visiting” team in the Super Bowl as the NFC representative will be the “visiting” team this year).
