I agree, I don't see Pitino or Donovan going anywhere. But I am just not sure who will be going there. My best bet -- Tim Floyd, although they went young when they hired Pitino.
Speak of NCAA, two great early games. Southern Illinois just got a little unlucky at the end but had a great game. I thought Texas A&M really got a full second screw in the other game.

Pitino has often said that leaving UK was the biggest mistake he ever made and he still has substantial connections to Lexington. I haven't heard him quoted yet, but this should be an interesting weekend in Lexington!

Another name that has been tossed around tonight, along with Mike Few and several others. UK fans have had enough of the slow game and mediocre talent. Look for someone who lives and dies by the fast game AND who can and will RECRUIT top talent (Pitino, Donovan, etc.) to be the next coach.

No, probably not. But I know you know there is a world of difference between 3 and 2 seconds. Two seconds is pretty much just enough time for a single dribble turn around jump shot.
