Well, I think there was a rumour that you chatted up (or were chatted up by) one of the tree planters on the Periwinkle Way Corridor Restoration Master Plan project (which, as scoow pointed out, is one heck of a name).

Did they plant a tree in your memory/honour?

Traveller, Abby posted a great summary. It was posted yesterday, but covers most everything you missed.

Speaking of goats, I was in one of your Cow Bay haunts today - Hilary's Cheese - where I bought some Sacrι Bleu (goat's milk blue cheese) and some Island Chθvre (goat's milk cream cheese). Both are made locally (basically just up the road) and I asked if I could go meet the goats that made the milk that made the cheese, but they said sorry, no..... apparently the goats are still traumatized by some odd-ball that was trying to chat them up last weekend or something.

I missed this line last night. There actually is a well known restaurant in Sister Bay, WI (in the Door County resort area) named Al Johnson's Swedish Restaurant that is known for having goats grazing on the roof.

He's not know for precision, but he'll do his best. A quarter inch here, a half an an inch there, it all averages out.

I'm so envious that i can't even think of a suitable, disgust-filled reply to your clearly gleeful fib.

For some reason, I tend to doubt this but can't be certain as i'm not OMNI-certified

Saw Lehava at the WC in DTW tonight... She yelled at some kid whose parents let it run wild. Other WC guests were very appreciative of her.

No that's Dovster's job. He keeps the tips and has them sewn into a wallet. It is a truly amazing wallet, you rub it and it becomes a suitcase

And see that is another reason to stay away from the red tail you NEVER know who they will let in their clubs (and I mean Mikey not the kids *smile*). I am sitting there plotting how to get those parents removed and I look over and there sits this man that I would SWEAR was Mikey, but not wanting to be a fool, I didnt go over, I email him and ask where he is, he emails me back (we are sitting 2 seats apart btw) and calls me. Sad huh. Oh and I did slug Mikey for it!!!!

On the kids, omg they were shrieking and running around and I finally said outloud "give us a break" , a guy sitting a few seats over applauded! and said something along the line of "way to go".

It was great to see you Mikey!!

Socrates was at DTW tonight also!!!!

I'd like a correction on Mikey's post. I did NOT yell at the child, I snarked at the PARENTS. The child was not at fault, his sperm and egg donors were!!!!!
