That is not entire correct.
If I were cooking for other people, it would be to perfection.
For myself, I prefer well-done food...
...and I was not the only one who enjoyed that sliced overly-charred beef that never made it to the fajitas at your mansion, jfe! What an idiot.
Congratulations and good luck on your future endeavors, mikey1003, and I will see you in October...
...that is, if I can find you in that massive crowd that is forming...

Let me put it this way to both of you...
...the possibility of me attending the Fourth Annual PBI-FLL Meet: Oct 26-28 is about as remote as a tornado hitting Brooklyn.

That being the case, didn't you have a problem with the steaks in EZE??
Everything I read or have heard says that the "grill Nazis" at the steak houses down there decide how they're going to cook your steak, not you.
And they all prefer screamin' a$$ blood rare.
Now I can handle medium or even medium rare in a pinch but rare, cold, purple steaks are not my bag.

You just do not hear about it because of the beef.
The ice cream in Beunos Aires is awesome as well. It is some of the best in the world.

Not little tiny sparks, but actual flames shooting up. I took a pair of tongs and grabbed the flaming bag & bread and threw it in the sink. Still on fire. So then I turn on the faucet and douse it with water. Flames finally out. phew!
On a side note, the National Geographic Channel is running some fascinating documentaries about Dubai right now. Has anyone ever been?

That's pretty impressive, caleo! Did the bag have a metal/twist tie on it?

I'm home.
Mileage runs are for the young. How can it be so tiring flying around the country for 2 days? After all, I was sitting on planes (and at gates and in Crown Rooms), not running marathons.... <yawn>

Just be glad you're not as old as Cholula. Or wear a lime green speedo (that I've seen, anyway).
