They are a wonderful couple. I had the pleasure of meeting them for dinner several years ago. (Unfortunately, I don't get back to MKE)
No corn but it's kinda interesting how he came about that handle.

It's due to a charity event and I'll let him tell the story if and when he sees this thread.

He didn't bring a laptop to PSP so it'll be a few days before he weighs in.

at least you are close... you know that she isn't afraid of that part of the horse. A few feet back, and you are in!

Do you think Delta will give me PM status?

I am 270 miles from PM

I checked my flights, and they forgot to give me credit from a CO flight.

And I have 2 more flights to DTW in October

I think you should start a new thread about this. It's about that time of the year for the many threads to start popping up asking "Do you think I'll get PM, I'm 1090 miles short?"... "Will Delta give me GM if I am 23k miles short"?

It's a great excuse to go to church.

The only downside to the whole thing is that Mrs. G. convinced me to book us on WN. Flying all the way to D.C. and not earning a single MQM? Blasphemy.

(but she had a $100 voucher which was expiring, and also the tix were about $100 less than DL, so she won the discussion).
We all had a nice day today & the weather was perfect. Gargoyle pointed out the work he did on the Cathedral to us. tkey75, his +2, and I climbed all the way to the top of the tower to see the bell ringers. It was somewhat tiring and a little scary, but definitely well worth going up to the top. We had a great view of DC.
