That is bad--

--worse is the fact that my flight to PHL is on a B1900 and due to mechanical problems on the way in, the flight crew are performing a "simulated flight" at the end of the runway.(The B1900 is the essential SLF experience)

This guy is a one trick pony with his hatred of the Mad Dogs, an airplane that many of us who fly 36 segments in a few months love to death because of the generous exit row seats and the almost 100% upgrade potential in and out of season.

It is only a three hour flight to South Florida and we take it a couple of RTs a month. Why would anybody need IFE on a three hour flight? I just got off 20+ hours of flying in airplanes with AVOD and never needed to turn the d*mn thing on.
