Welcome to the 350th poster in The Lounge™.

You haven't spent much time in the BA forum, have you, tj? While we have the occasional punny post, BA has Doctor Galore!

(No offense intended, Dov, but I have to keep my Mucci polished.)

Well, that is where the Technical Campus is, and many of the big honchos from the Automotive group are located.

I don't want to move to Holland, it's effin freezing over there

So sorry for the late welcome, tonypct and szg. I can't believe no one caught tony's inaugural Lounge post! I guess the content made him sound just like a regular Lounge Lizard. szg was at the Gargoyle Do and with 41,000+ posts, I just assumed at least one was here.

Anyway, I'm glad you both stopped into The Lounge™ & hope you return frequently.

Now to correct the numbering my oversight caused:

I installed it last night. No problems, took about 45 minutes total. Much prefer Windows 7, can't wait for the final release.

Took 11 minutes - rebooted the home computer, did recycling, and back in the office already.

Vista is a memory hog, you have to disable a lot of things to make it work properly. I reverted back to XP on my laptop

I have 3 computers (XP, Vista and Windows 7). I prefer XP but Vista has grown on me and I've had far less security issues.

I will pass on the drink offer, being the fact that I hate alcohol with every part of my body and I'm under 21, but thanks for the offer.

Long live the upgrades, but not the Mad Dogs. They gotta go by 2020.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 with Vista (almost 2 years old) and it runs perfect. I don't see why EVERYONE is saying vista is messed up. They need to try it out for 2 years and they'll see it is better than what others are saying.

I think are excluded from FlyerTalk rules on drinking until you are 21. After that, if you want to continue to post, you have to drink.
