Just so you know, for the past 5 years we have held a Meet in PBI. Until now, I organized it but I won't be doing that anymore. Still, I have it on very good authority that one of our other members will be setting it up for late November or early December.

PBI will be an M fare or higher (it's already for sale at Q fare - did a seatcounter and either the LUT fares sold already or DL is not selling them at all.)

BOS-PBI 1197 = 1705 MQM
PBI-BOS 1197 = 1705 MQM
BOS-PBI 1197 = 1705 MQM
PBI-BOS 1197 = 1705 MQM
BOS-CUN 1729
CUN-BOS 1729
BOS-ATL 946
ATL-LAX 1946
LAX-SYD 7488
SYD-LAX 7488
LAX-ATL 1946
ATL-BOS 946

Regular miles = 29006
MQM = 31038
Keep in mind that an M fare round trip costs $878 round-trip right now...an A fare is actually cheaper.

And why limit yourself to BOS-PBI nonstop - an ATL connection is legal and nets 1491 MQMs. Heck, hope DL starts MEM-PBI nonstop, as MEM is a valid connection city. That would be 1961 MQMs each way.

No matter what, WN isn't going to get me to Hyatts anywhere in the world.

There is always PBI-CVG ... I would be looking more north than TN / CVG for an ideal connection.

You might be surprised what will happen in a fit of desperation.

If WN tries to fly a 735 from HOU to SYD, I can say I won't be on that aircraft.

Why not? Somebody has to carry the extra fuel cans?

Actually the -500s are used only w/in Texas. The -700s could do it with a few stops.

The -500s are generally used in TX but have been seen in BWI and LAS; I look for the E++ seat on the port side.

Try reading it upside down next time.
