Hello all, back from Europe and missed having a few laughs in the lounge. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Only thing I hate about being gone from work is the inevitable pile I've got to dig through when I get back.

Only ~200 personal emails and around 300 work ones :-( Plus now I've got to be in MSP next monday on my company's dime for a project that isn't really worth the $600-700 to us (it's a one that a competing agency is trying to take from us and my client's department doesn't want to give up).

If I have to get to MSP, mersk862 would you like to grab dinner/drinks?

Never just a piece of cake, I recommend the whole cake, and it's certainly not a recipe that will work for everyone. Maybe she should modify the recipe to include a healthy helping of Xanax.

Be sure to tell her to check out the tripletconnection.org. They have some great advice and some good tips in the Survival Guides as well as helpful information in the New Parent Package. They also have a helpful forum to post questions and get answers. The next few months will be a complete blur!

I am not sure we discussed this widely at the DO... I have a set of twins, and a set of quadruplets. Of course this explains my permanent case of insanity...

I'd be in for dinner and drinks...

Gotta love the flood of e-mails - wake up this morning and find 60 new e-mails sitting in my inbox. Gotta love being on chains where someone just throws me on it but I don't really need to be a part of the subsequent discussion.

And that, folks, is the secret to why he was able to organize our RTW/Do in just a few weeks, herd all us cats together, and pull off such an amazing event. He had years of experience doing something magnitudes more difficult.

Add in when one or more respondents hits the 'reply all' button . . .

Talking

I'd dare him to try again so we can find out what the progression is:
2, 4, 6? (x*2)

2, 4, 8? (2**x)

2, 4, 16? (2**(2**(2-x)))
I vote for 2, 4, 16, ... !

Greetings from The Penalty Box!

I've wandered over here to ask a quick question regarding DL's BE amenity kit...

Are they still handing out this kit? Do they still provide these slippers? The route (if that matters) is ATL-ICN. Have these items made it over to the NW long hauls yet?

Thanks!

And, of course, they have no concept of using the b.c.c. field, and they never delete anything from the body of the e-mail they are forwarding.

Amenity kit is almost the same. From ATL-PRG on Wed and TXL-JFK yesterday, the bag is now Blue.

Inside, Lather is gone and now KORRES. I like KORRES better.

Smaller toothpaste packet (1-2 uses max). No mouthwash. There are now breath mints.

I did not have slippers, and haven't in the past except for ASIAN destinations.

Hence my quote from Mark Twain as my signature - There is no unhappiness like the misery of sighting land (and work) again after a cheerful, careless voyage.

They do not have the slippers on the TLV route but they do have the red socks with rubber dots on the bottoms.

The BCC field doesn't even show up by default with a lot of email clients. For external emails, it's also the fastest route to the spam bucket.

Just saw a posting in CommunityBuzz! where someone else is looking for votes for their daughter who wants to go to Antartica on the same trip as Canarsie
