Tis a bit contentious indeed in the general forum, but as with so many things, IHMO, when the debris settles, and at some point, all is sorted out down the road, civility shall return, and the good cheer that generally pervaded this forum, shall also return. Till such time, we can always come in and leave our "metaphorical troubles" at the door here in the Lounge (TM)!^

Thought I was receiving a renewal for the SkyTeam Club and instead it is an offer for Regus office centers
