Life would be a lot easier around here if Cholula would quit banking the payroll.

FCO. I'd expect that at MXP, since everything (except the new shopping mall area) is beat up and crowded there; but the Nave lounge was clean and shiny and modern, and in general the terminal is clean and seems pretty efficient.

I had the problem where my NW part of a combination DL/NW itinerary had my PM number dumped ... Has looked like there was no chance of clearing the UG out of BOS on Sunday anyway.

Not yet. I am plotting to bring a few of the Lounge™ Lizards along. We'll have to coordinate their schedules and what not.
Will let you know ahead of time.

I would say I'm embarrassed to mention I cancelled a GEG mileage run, but the truth of the matter is...Bruce Springsteen performing the entire Wild, Innocent and E Street Shuffle in NYC on Saturday night is much more important than flying United.

Most things are more important than flying United (unless crediting to BD).

And my remaining upgrades did clear - with the tech migration, the NW segments had dumped my DL PM. Yes, my NW segments had reverted to the WP number I'm told no longer exists ...

Hope I'm welcome here

Just finished reading what is suppose to be a welcome thread to BreezewayGA, and I must admit I feel fairly well bashed as I am a former NW PE, now a DL Diamond. As mentioned in the thread, this seemed to be a more appropriate place for my comments/questions to follow...

I hope most realize that a few bad apples dosen't make every former NW FF like the few negative characters.

Yes, all of us, both DL and NW FF are experiencing "technical" difficulties of all kinds within this merger. Some more than others.

I'd like to think this forum is a place I can come to gain knowledge of the DL process, to discuss problems I encounter, and learn how to navigate the system.

However, I'm left feeling unwelcome, should I now hide my former NW identity both on line and in the airport? I hope not..

In this thread we don't care if you're North West, South West, East West or Undressed, you're still welcome. Heck, I'm even flying Ryanair today, and not earning any points* while doing it, and they let me in here.

*I even bought it with my non-points earning Euro credit card! Blasphemy!

Hey Guys,

Did you hear what happened the news at Sky Harbor? The man who accused to stolen 1,000 luggage from Sky Harbor. He got big busted to trying to stoles the passengers bags at Baggage claim. I do not appreciate it for him at all. He could be spent in the jails for rest the life sentences. PHX police has already issue his arrest warrant at his residence in west valley. As you case that didn't realize know what happened over there at Sky Harbor today. I was too ashamed what happened to him and he is very bad guys to keep away from baggage claim at airport. He is not an airport employee at all. He does not have SIDA badge at all. He could be spent in the jails for a long time. That's why it was lot of victimized who didn't realize know what happened who took the bags at Sky Harbor. The security measure will have to be stepped up to patrol around at the baggage claim or anywhere to leave from terminal. They will have to checked the luggage claim ticket before to leave from baggage claim. I am already posted onto the TS/S forums this afternoon. Those are lot of compaints from the passengers who didn't show up the bags at final destinations. It was inappropriate for his behaviors at Sky Harbor.

He does not have any follow the capable rules at airport. He will keep away from airport property. That's why the police is already being caught him at parking garage at terminal 2. The police will have more investigate against the man who accused to stole the luggage from Sky Harbor. If you see any suspicious behaviors at airport and you have notified to police immediately. If someone who went into the terminal without SIDA badge. He cannot be allowed go near at baggage claim. The security surveillance camera are already installed around the terminal and it will be more stricter due to new security measures.

Welcome to The Lounge, LKYGSR. As Gargoyle (and the thread title) says, everyone is welcome here. To vent, learn, talk about DL, talk about anything but DL, kill time, or bash Dovster.

No need to hide your former NW status. Heck, I don't have NW or DL status & they let me in.

In fact, you're the 399th FTer to post in this thread. And, FT membership is the only "status" required.

Speaking of United--- there was an incident involving a UA executive a few days ago....

If it makes you feel any better, I'll welcome you as a fellow NW outcast. Though right now, I can't say much since after about 2 years of non-flying, 5 months of unemployment, and now 10 weeks of flying, I'm sitting back at ye olde' base level waiting till the end of November when I get back to some semblance of status. Granted, Silver probably won't mean much in the merged program, but hey, at least I can get my exit row seats. ^

Don't worry about it. We like everyone in here.

Sides, the only thing worse than being taked about is being ignored.

Welcome to the Lounge™ LKYGSR! No need to hide your identity, we welcome all in here. Now, with that said, we also practice equal opportunity bashing in the Lounge without regard to FF program, number of posts, or origin of your fruit. Good apples get it as well as bad apples, and in the end we are all fruit.
