Hey all

Sorry I've not kept us on page 1. On the other hand, UK was great fun to visit.

I thought Henry VIII kicked your team out in the 16th century. When did you manage to slip back in?

We never left

But seriously, the Catholic Relief Act of 1829 finished up Catholic emancipation, and the hierarchy was restablished about the same time...well, in an official capacity at any rate.

For anyone who hasn't met Dave, I want you to realize that, not only did he reply without using google, he could have given us a fascinating detailed and accurate account of that history without resorting to google.

That didn't last long. Mary I (aka Bloody Mary, daughter of Henry VIII) restored papal authority in the middle of the 16th century and had a few hundred of those pesky, insolent protestants burned at the stake.

I hear that a group during the 704 did a lot near 24th and Virginia Av.

It could be the fingers moving quicker than the mind can process a thought or is it the fingers not keeping up with the mind?

GA in ATL worked some magic and found a seat on the 5:25 flt to TYS so while no food voucher I was able to snag some drink vouchers. @ TYS the car rental co ran out of maps! Trusting my BlackBerry I finally made it to Johnson City @ 11 PM for the TriCity DO. Hope everyone has a good evening and I will see you in the AM.

Or maybe, it can be an issue of the hand refusing to follow the mind...
