I'm typically getting $200-300 in vouchers (not free flights) per bump and I fly on the el cheapo tickets. Can't really complain about $200-300 for a couple of hours delay.

Only with the UA bump vouchers is they need to be redeemed at the airport (or via mail).

We both got to board; sadly, there were some locals who didn't even check in ...

Actually, there's MSPx2 but I only went to the C12 one yesterday and today. About the leave the BNA SC now - needed to get some work done before hitting the road home.

I was definitely helped by the fact I only have to go to the office one day a week in the summer. And airport / mail redemption is seriously weak.

Finally got my answer I've been waiting months for.

I'm headed back to college. Gonna learn to fly. A foolhardy endeavour, but something I feel strongly about, have done my homework on and am ready to do.

Needless to say, I'm excited!

Yup, I think that is what DL wants us to do.
It didn't used to be an issue at ORD, but ever since NW took over the station and many of the PMDL employees took the buy-out early retirement, there is a different attitude at the check-in counter.

Just gotta come up with the loot. Shouldn't be too much trouble. I've done my homework and already have a new budget on the table ready to enact. I guess it's time to enact it!

Why does this post remind of a certain R. Kelly song?

You'll need to elaborate. The old folk will never get it and I don't listen to pop music.

I think I might actually be older than you. That was one of the main things I struggled with, until I was convinced by many, many success stories of people starting at my age, some even older.

Actually - you are younger...

ETA - although, you now have me curious about how old you though I was?
