While the task is simple, the error is egregious
It is getting there as the engineering firm just finished up their schematics and turned them over to the contractor so that the appropriate permits can be pulled.
The super for my condo is here now (incredibly on time), repairing the tile grout in the master BR shower. He just told me that his job as described to him was not to do anything in any of the apartments, just in the common areas, except for changing the filters in the heating units. 
This was his comment after I told him that the water pressure in the entire BR was messed up, and that I needed to call the building mgmt co. to inform them of this problem.

The last time the management company "fixed" something, was to just repair some seal in the toilet within the floor... they charged me 2.5X the going price, with their so called preferred plumber. This was done without my permission or knowledge, as I was diving in the Philippines at the time, and they said they would wait until I returned...
And to make matters worse, the plumber did not put the throne into the proper spot in the guest bathroom, as the toilet blocked the door from closing. I discovered the problem only when I had a houseguest.

Well, never mind my suggestion to ask the mgmt. company for recommendations! I guess you've already learned where that leads.

Unfortunately, Texas Rangers is suffers loss by last night and it will try again to wins the games tomorrow in Texas. It was so tough against Yankees. Lets the speculating about this one for Texas Rangers will try to wins the games.
