343 (ex-JFK)
772 (ex-JFK)

If you want IFE, avoid the 744. For the rest, they are pretty similar, although I would most likely go for the 343. Other AF experts may say 772, but to each their own.

380 out of NYC
or
330 out of ATL
those are my choices. Unless you can get a DL 777 (which are rare) or a 764 with Lieflat. Didn't care for the 747AF.

Sorry, there is no AF 744 come to ATL or JFK yet. If there is enough more passengers capacity on operated A380 instead of 77W. Why DL don't have to reinstating nonstop JFK-CDG to gets more competitions against AF, AA. Maybe it will have enough more demands.

Sorry, the only AF flight to ATL is a 744.

The 380 ex-JFK definitely, it is noticeably quieter than a 744, 332 or 343. Although my personal favorite is the 772 in La Premiere.

There is some research into the multi-day diving but nothing conclusive. Much of the research is quite old.

Most dive computers now give a fly/no fly indicator or a time to fly but that is based on average tissue loading and can vary among computer vendors.

I try to stay at the 24 hour mark and it gives me time to clean and dry gear before departing and also enjoy a few beverages without having to remember where I left everything!

The concern with diving after flying stems from hydration issues.

I would be interested in Blue Grotto but I am still considering going to DEMA and with the holiday I am not sure I can get away.

I am looking at MLK weekend for the Keys and am booked for Aruba in February for President's week.

Taking the 380 from CDG-JFK. Right now 380 isn't avail JFK-CDG. Though I can pray ;-)

772 in La Prem would be nice if I could figure out how to get my 100k J ticket up there

Good luck with that. My mom, several years ago, took an F flight to CDG on DL miles. She's been banking to do the same again. It broke her heart after I won an argument that she couldn't get another one.

Received my favourite e-mail from delta.com. My upgrade ATL-LAX for tomorrow just cleared. First time in the A330, really looking forward to it. ^

Upgrade HSV-ATL cleared at six days, riding the 737 which is about as good as it gets out of HSV.

edit: Oh, it's really too good. Arriving at E32, departing from E12. Like that's really going to happen. It'll end up being more like T1 to some gate at one end of E.

Begone with your lies. We all know 100K J awards on Delta don't exist.

Blue Grotto is an okay dive if you can get there when it hasn't been stirred up by students. Not too bad in the off season. Nice big open sinkhole.

Paging fgirard
I believe fgirard is currently flying on the way to Perth, so you may get a response in a day or two, depending upon whether the Boeing satellite wifi is working.

Perhaps, but my plans are to hit Atlantic City hard at the beginning of 2011. And, Lady Gaga is @ Boardwalk Hall in February.
