The seat map shows 16 of 24 seats available in 1st class on my MCO-ATL flight tomorrow. Why haven't I been upgraded yet? 
The other 3 legs in this itinerary have already been upgraded.

I have a similar situation WPB-LGA a week from Thursday on a route that I have flown dozens of times. I have never failed the upgrade on that one as a PM or DM and cannot remember the last time that I did not get it in advance.

My MCO flights lately have been gate upgrades but I already got the upgrade email for my flight this Thursday, ATL-MCO. Makes no sense to me. 
I guess it makes sense to someone at DL?
