Well, I thought I had. GA processed UGs and moved me to 1D. I then saw on the app I'd moved back to my original seat, 10E (window in the best row on MDs). I spoke with the agent and she confirmed she'd been able to move me back there and also told me about the walkup ticket sales. As an aside, shouldn't processing UGs take these seats out of inventory? Anyway, I boarded last (but before the made any sort of final boarding call), and the scanner spit out a receipt for 20A. I asked "did I get bumped from Comfort Plus?" The GA I'd spoken to originally, who was at the podium within earshot but not the one scanning BPs, told the man in front of me to switch with me. He was NRSA and had been given 10A. I have no idea when or why I was moved from 10E because the app still showed that seat even after boarding, but I ended up with a slightly better seat (window on the 2 side instead of the 3 side) because I spoke up and there haven't to be a non-rev they could switch me with. I'm debating if I should write to DL and what I should say. If I'd actually flown in row 20 I would definitely be writing.

Hello Guys, I already now in Switzerland and I visited to see my brother & my nieces, as well as my sister-in-law Jackie. I have a nice time. I came to BSL last week and I am going back home tomorrow. I flew on AA/BA. I flew on triple 7 aircraft from PHL-LHR and then BSL. It is very easy way to go to the gate and they tell me for which the gate number is that. I have eboarding pass from my iPhone. I will be on 747 flight to PHX tomorrow from LHR.

Question Help needed
Hello oh wise ones.
I am wanting to take my sabbatical starting September 15th leaving from Traverse City, Michigan to Auckland, New Zealand via Hawaii with two special needs 12 yo twins and two nanny's in tow. I have booked a hotel in Hawaii for two weeks for us then planning on arriving in Auckland about October 3, 2016. The stop over will hopfully allow the kids to acclimate before trekking on to NZ. Because the return date will be spring/summer 2017 I am looking to book one-way tickets for us five unless there is a more inexpensive way to proceed.
I have a fair amount of Delta sky miles in my account saved over the years which will hopefully alleviate some of the expense. I am also hopefully to do better than economy class as my kids don't travel all that well so sleeping seems like a good option for them😊, I'm thinking maybe business class because first class for five seems like the moon and stars. Any help in getting us on our collective way will be appreciated. Thank you.

Probably best you post a detailed "request" in the Delta forum
Some minor thoughts :
- "fair amount of Delta SkyMiles" 200K? 500k? 3million? - that is not really enough information to solicit an accurate response.
- Delta SkyMiles can ONLY be used for business class travel on Delta and partners (NO first class international available)
- You will probably want to describe the (close to) exact routings, amount of miles you have, flexibility with dates in the thread. Details like number of miles and flexibility are key. Since, well for some 300k miles for a ticket is "no big deal," for others that is a "deal-breaker."

I had a productive day:
- replaced my doorbell with a Ring.com video doorbell
- finished collecting all my data to send off to my tax guy
time for a celebratory drink!

as much as I hate the SEA-MSP redeye, a $400 VDB to get into DCA only an hour later than I'd originally planned (via ATL) isn't altogether bad

in the SDC thread was the relevance of the forecast to spare you from making the drive from BWI to DC in a winter storm?
