On Line Check In not working
I have been trying to check in on line for the last 6 hours, and keep getting an error message that my booking cannot be found. I have callled Emirates Dubai twice, and the first time I was told to try after 1 hour, as I was trying to check-in 23 1/2 hours before the flight, and because of the 1 hour time difference with Dubai, I should wait until 23 hours. I did, and still nothing.
Now I tried - 15 hours before the flight, and again same error. EK agent suggests I try after 2-3 hours, as he thinks there may be a technical error on their side. Is anyone experiencing this?
