Issue with Rentals Posting to Account?
Spoke to Hertz on the phone and they said there's a known issue with rentals not posting to accounts/showing in the app.
I completed a rental May 6-May 7. It was a walk-up and I gave them my membership number.
Even during the rental, it never showed in my app. It still hasn't posted to my account.
Anyone else having issues?
