I've used www.hilton.com extensively over the last couple of weeks, and haven't experienced any problems.

I havent been able to book anything via hhonors.com as theres no Button to click onto that says find hotel. The way around it I simply go to hilton.com and fill in the info and make sure it doesnt say Hilton Hotels But All Hilton Properties, never had a problem backing in that way

The web site was just down when I tried to make a reservation at hilton.com I had to go over to embassysuites.com and then I could search on all brands.

I just tried to book a reward stay with the above method and was unable to complete online. Web page directed me to call Diamond desk to finish reservation.

The website was always ok, but when they upgraded it a few weeks ago it got a lot worse. I now have to login in twice all the time. It is also a lot slower, not sure why, but it is slower.

Can anyone find Chat?

When logging into my hhonors account, I used to be able to go to chat to have an immediate discussion with an agent on issues. I can't find it any longer. Is that service still available?

NEW HH RECORD (Timed Out In Less Than 5 Seconds)

I went to cancel a reservation and immediately received:

I had this a couple of days ago. I phoned up the diamond desk, and the guy cancelled the reservation for me; he said that there was something up with the computer as more people had reported it, but it being the easter season he wouldn't expect it to be fixed too soon. I'd call and cancel :-)

I got that page when trying to make a reservation!

All I did was go back to the prior page and then re-submit after I again had to enter some information and then it "took."

Must be those gremlint the IT people department is currently having re elite status, as well.

Thanks. I tried doing that but it bombed out again and wanted another submission. I have a couple of days so no problem. Of course Hilton wont be able to sell the room. Maybe they will learn.

hhonors painfully slow, sometimes completely fails

Is it just me, or is everyone else having a hard time accessing anything on hhonors.com, let alone make/search for award reservations?

It crashed for me mid-reservation. All of the brand sites seem to be down as well.
