New A332 flights compared to last summer are:
KL617/618 AMS DTW AMS
KL669/670 AMS DFW AMS
No more A332 to JFK next summer, but the A332 returns to IAD (last year that was B772). Other A332 destinations remain unchanged: ATL, KRT, ADD, AUH, BAH, DMM, DOH, KWI, MCT, IKA, ALA, ABV, KAN and the occasional visit to LOS and ACC.

Nowhere. There is very little one can do with the capacity of a AMS LHR AMS roundtrip. The capacity will be used for an increasing number of early A332 departures, like AMS DFW (10am) and AMS KWI MCT (also 10am as opposed to the previous 4pm when the flight operated as a KWI terminator).
