Yep, don't know if the reason was that I used an agent and not directly AB. Even though I did get the AB file locator and it stated confirmed on their site.

Interesting. Out of curiosity, which OTA did you use?

I used travelfinder.se, which is a swedish OTA.

Edit: My guess is that my mistake was to book through OTA and not directly. Even though it said confirmed on OTAs & ABs site. I'll update tomorrow after contacting the OTA.

Good Morning - just an FYI, still is pricing out at €140.

However noticed that running it via momondo.com prices out at these rates while .nl prices at ~€400

Who cares about a record locator? That's just an internal reservation system thing, same with flights showing as confirmed; that's just saying that you've got a confirmed reservation, not a confirmed ticket. So they probably ceased issuing ticket-numbers on OTA bookings when they found out.

Looks like it reprices on sky-tours.

Lesson learned, if it looks like fare error don't use OTA

At least I got it refunded already.

I booked through AB directly, then noticed that an OTA had the same itin for $20 cheaper pp. Canceled the AB booking and kept the OTA booking. The OTA booking is still intact.

I book via AirBerlin US
put option on 72h hold for 16USD per person waived after I took tickets

Paid 852USD for 3Adults 1child 1newborn

good value for money....now only finding avios flights to SFO
