Thanks and Agreed! I'm on a roll with these "sale" fares! CPT is definitely worth a visit! I have been there twice in the last few years. It's a beautiful part of the world. I flew BA both times from LHR and it was before they started flying the new product to CPT/JNB, so I don't have a comment on that.

Thanks and Agreed! I'm on a roll with these "sale" fares! CPT is definitely worth a visit! I have been there twice in the last few years. It's a beautiful part of the world. I flew BA both times from LHR and it was before they started flying the new product to CPT/JNB, so I don't have a comment on that.
There are still flights from LHR to CPT.
BA2041 LGW-CPT operates on Sunday, Tuesday, Friday
BA43 and BA59 both operate daily from LHR to CPT
Not sure if LGW is usually cheaper than the departure from LHR.
I flew the new suites back from CPT to LHR last year and it is a big improvement.
Nice to see the other origin points too. I hope this endures later in the year.
