FYI: new features at MilesDirect
Looking for a mileage manager? Check out the new and improved MilesDirect. Now includes a first of its kind notifier tool that automatically e-mails or pages you when your miles or elite status change or when your miles hit a preset high or low. under programs supported, they list also LH miles&more and SR Qualiflyer (and others).
But I can't select those programs to be included in the statement.

the (MilesDirect/Webflyer) system managers solved the problem that I did 'produce' myself by typing 'Swisstel' on my swiss-german keyboard instead of simple 'Swissotel' the US-American way.
Thanks for solving the problem (and I promiss not to use those french accents anymore in the future ... the sytem-software provider might be happy that the Acadmie Franaise isn't using MilesDirect ...).

it took a month for MD to sync up with my airline programs. I just checked for the first time in about two months and the mileage balances it shows are about a month out of date.
it also said my membership is about to expire and that I need to "click here" to renew it. why bother? this site doesn't offer me anything special especially if it's not accurate.
