Made QF lifetime Gold (equiv to lifetime Plat in AA).
QF Platinum
AA Platinum (may be EXP if they allow me a months extension to qualify, only found out about the Plat challenge in November thanks to FewMiles.
Ansett Diamond. now worthless along with the 220K points HOWEVER UA comped me to:
UA Premier Exec.
Hyatt Diamond - the hard way. No amount of pleading would get them to comp a 8 year Platinum holder...
Hilton Gold.
Equates to about 800K flying miles this year.
And next year is shaping up to be the same
:-(

Here is my list of accomplishments during 2001:
American - Executive Platinum (1st time - finally made it after 3 long years of trying)with 105,000 miles and 122 segments. Also became Million Miler in June.
Marriott - Requalified for Platinum easily with 129 nights.
Hilton - Qualified for Diamond in August with 82 nights.
Starwood - Platinum extended (Thanks Starwood).
Hyatt - To be determined. I don't know if my Diamond is being extended.

CO Platinum--Being a leisure flyer this is the first time I've made top tier. Yes, I got it early because of the double status miles promo, but I would have made it anyway on actual miles.
Will lose my comped UA PremEx, as well as a comped Starwood Gold. I barely fly enough to make top level on one airline. And I don't score status with the hotels because I usually book through Priceline. I get the same room on Priceline for 40% of what I'd pay for a conventional reservation. And, paying my bills out of pocket, it just isn't worth paying more than double just to get the hotel points and status.
