ET offers free one-way limousine service from NRT (through March 2018)
Ethiopian is offering a one-way limousine service from NRT to most destinations in greater Tokyo through March 31, 2018.

Valid from July 1, 2017 until March 30, 2018 for flights arriving at Japan
Applicable tickets:
Star Alliance Round-the-world tickets and package tour fares are excluded.
Note that you must fax the PDF form linked above at least three business days in advance of your arrival to the Tokyo reservations office.
