Can i use BA points to upgrade QF

I am a BA silver card holder.Sapphire one world.
I have a QF booking LAX-SYD and just wondered if i can use my BA miles to upgrade from Premium economy to Business class.

Only Asia Miles allows upgrading on more than just the host airline. But sadly also not on QF.

Thanks very much for the replies.
To be honest i am on the airbus in premium economy to sydney from LA. I flew in that cabin last month and it was fantastic certainly as good as Business on most., so its not a problem.
Just fancied trying business on the airbus !!
