For All those who are getting the error message The information you entered is not recognized. Please reference your printed offer
Try going to your southwest account and in the preferences make the Rapid rewards chase credit card as the Primary card and then again watch the video

My statement hit today and I'm seeing a 1,000 point "Points for Special Purchase Offers" along with my regular CC spend points that will be sent to Southwest.
Edit: The 1,000 Bonus Points do count towards a CP...woohoo! Saves me from buying $1,000 in gift cards. Now I'm only 552 points away from the CP which I'll hit with my December statement.

The points didn't post on my chase statement that closed last week. That was the first time I have used the chase card in a few months so hope that didn't have anything to do with it. I did the offer online the day after I received the card.

Southwest's RR points summary listed by credit card points (under the Type column) as "points.activity.category." That was a little weird. The database somehow lost the "credit card" tag for these points. At least the points balance is correct.
